The CBS Early Show,
October 18, 2004:
Nairn Friemann Staged a Greenwich home for The CBS Early
Show. The house had been on the market for months and sold three weeks after
Staging.
" Nairn`s repositioning of our furniture to better highlight the
architectural detail of the house and removing unneeded drapery to showcase our
landscaped one-acre property was inspired. he buyer said it made the
difference for her and it might have been overlooked if not Staged for
high-impact 10 minute first impression. I now find myself taking a more edited
approach to our new home in Virginia and incorporating Nairn`s "less can be
more" furnishing philosophy ." Carmen Kleiser, homeowner and seller of the
CBS featured property
Dow Jones Market Watch, February 6, 2005
Nairn Friemann and Anne Kenney had only
90 minutes to StageŽ an estate-sale condition apartment for Market Watch. They
focused on decluttering and rearranging furniture, art and accessories in the
living room and dining alcove. The apartment had been on the market for months
without interest. After this minimal Staging, the apartment had an accepted
offer within two weeks. Ironically, the buyer had seen the apartment before and
said it now looked like a different apartment! The new feeling of spaciousness
convinced the buyer that the apartment had potential, which had not been
appreciated before Staging.
