The NEW YORK CITY IAHSP REGIONAL CHAPTER was founded in November 2004 to provide a professional business association for Accredited Staging Professionals™ in the New York City area, including neighboring New York and Connecticut locations. Our goal is to foster growth, unity, and networking among peers in the Staging community. Through our efforts we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home Staging throughout the New York City region, promoting the brand and standard of excellence of our ASP™ designation.
To join the NYCIRC, members must be licensed business owners in the New York or outlying region, and be providing Home Staging Services. Members must be ASP™ or ASP Master™ Staging Designers or ASP™ Real Estate Agents®. Members must join the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) ($150.00 annually) and remain in current standing as long as they are members of the local IAHSP Chapter. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct.
We meet every month for business networking to discuss ways in which we can expand Home Staging in this region in the most professional manner, protect our businesses and create a unified market approach for clients . We do not collect membership dues for our chapter, opting instead for a pay-as-you-go system. However, all members will be expected to contribute to the overall well-being of the chapter by sharing resources and taking responsibility for various tasks , in a collegial and professional manner.
